Title: Introduction to the Last Planner System LPS™

Short introduction: In this webinar, participants will learn the benefits, key concepts and components of the Last Planner System (LPS™).  Learning will include examples of LPS™ being implemented in practice, including details about pull planning sessions, and how the LPS serves as a gateway to the implementation of other Lean tools and methods. 

An overview of Lean Principles and how they apply to the planning of construction projects, utilizing the Last Planner System/Pull Planning. Pull planning has been increasingly used in collaborative planning sessions and this webinar will help you to be effective in these sessions.
