Construction Stormwater Management: Protect San Diego Waterways with Effective BMPs

Construction stormwater management has evolved tremendously over the last decade in response to the updated requirements guiding project compliance. This seminar will provide insight, from both a local owner and construction management professional, regarding stormwater permit compliance, innovative BMPs, monitoring and reporting, as well as common project violations. Additional seminar topics will include:

• Updates to the Construction General Permit
• Challenges associated with both SWPPPs and WPCPs from the owner and CM perspective
• Field implementation of effective BMPs
• Roles and responsibilities of the QSD/QSP
