Overview

Do you want to develop a better understanding of how Lean can improve capital project performance and outcomes?  In this Introduction to Lean Project Delivery workshop, participants will learn the compelling business case for Lean and be introduced to the key principles foundational to Lean as it is practiced in the design and construction industry.

Learning Outcomes

Participants will be able to:

• Define Lean
• Identify principles and tools relevant to Lean design and construction processes
• Recognize various types of waste and potential tools to reduce and/or eliminate waste
• Increase collaboration and communication on projects through structured planning systems and processes
