Caltrans D-11 in cooperation with APWA and CMAA CODE will sponsor “Meet the Subs” gathering on June 7, 2018 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. Light finger food and refreshments will be provided.  The event will be held at Cal Trans District 11 at 4050 Taylor Street San Diego, CA.

CMAA is seeking DBE, SBE sub-consulting firms to meet with our prime consultants.

This event has been created to increase the diversification in projects which require diversity and sub?contract opportunities in outreach to the community. Firms must be certified as DBE or SBE to be considered as potential subconsultants for teaming pursuits. The number of attendees has been limited to 28 companies to allow quality one?on?one time, so your immediate response is important.
During the meeting, each firm will provide a 1?2 minute brief introduction of their firm followed by time for  an  exchange  of  business  cards  and  prepared  Statement  of  Qualification,  SOQ.  Subconsultants  are  encouraged to prepare a SOQ to address the needs of the primes.
The  primes have donated their time  to engage  firms  for  upcoming  projects  later  this  year.  The scopes below represent subcontracting opportunities that may be needed.
