Bruce Smith, PE, MBA, Principal Engineer and LOSSAN Corridor Director

Bruce has worked on the LOSSAN corridor and Sprinter corridor for the last 17 years with both NCTD and SANDAG and has learned a lot of lessons during this period.  He also serves on the ACI committees for  service life prediction, hot weather concrete and silica fume. Prior to that he worked in Saudi Arabia, South Africa, England after Graduating from the University of Tasmania.
